Pilates can used to address a variety of problems, such as; Chronic back and neck pain, sports performance development e.g. improving golf swing related to poor flexibility.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Clinical Pilates sessions, run on a 1:1 basis to teach the basics of Pilates for beginners to intermediate level at our Streetly Village clinic. Clinical Pilates with us is aimed at those with a clinical need for physiotherapy led Pilates instruction. You will be given exercises to do at home to complement your individually tailored sessions allowing further progression between appointments.
Pilates appointments last between 45 and 60 minutes, progressing week by week.
Please wear loose jogging bottoms/shorts, a top that will enable you to move without restriction, socks and be prepared to remove your shoes.
