YOUR APPOINTMENT 

Your initial consultation will explore at depth your current health and fitness status, any injuries, forthcoming event/competitions, training schedules, allowing us to understand your goals.  Your programme will be set in 4 week blocks specifically designed for you.

WHAT YOU GET

  • Within 72 hours of your consultation you will receive a bespoke 4 week Strength & Conditioning plan.

  • A DVD demonstrating the exercises on your plan

  • Complete support from our Strength & Conditioning Coach throughout your plan
